Making its US debut at the EVONOMY Group booth (Hall: F, Stand: 500) is the SXVPU. This robust, AI-powered imaging ECU is designed for use in industrial vehicles. With its specialized AMD-based hardware architecture and support for multiple cameras and sensors, SXVPU is set up to use impeccable image data straight from the sensor for processing by neural networks or conventional algorithms before encoding the data for transmission via Ethernet.
A live demo setup will showcase the SXVPU in a real-world application example used for construction site monitoring, providing four independent video streams from a single unit: The original image as captured by an automotive camera, the downscaled image as seen by the AI component, the results of a real-time object detection application, and a depth map for collision detection, all generated from the same live camera feed.
