2. Purpose of processing your personal data and the data collected:
Your personal data is processed in order to conduct online surveys to evaluate our services. We process the following data about you for this purpose:

- E-mail address
1. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest in developing and improving our products and services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. Microsoft Forms:
To create and conduct our surveys, we use “Microsoft Forms”, a service provided by the Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA (“Microsoft”). If you take part in a Microsoft Forms survey, Microsoft cookies are stored on your device, which help Microsoft to process your data. The scope of the data processed depends on the questions posed and answered and on any upload of additional services. Generally speaking, the personal data processed includes:
- First name, last name
- E-mail address
- Profile picture (optional, if added in Microsoft 365)
- Preferred language
- Status (optional, if added in Microsoft 365)
- Date and time the survey opened
- Date and time the response was sent
If and to the extent that you take part in an anonymous survey, your responses will not include any contact information and cannot be traced back to you.

Microsoft is certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework” (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA designed to ensure that data processing operations in the USA meet European data protection standards. 3. Storage of your data:
The data transmitted when you participate in a survey is deleted after six months. This does not affect the storage of data that you have already provided to us as part of an existing customer relationship.
4. Obligation to provide your data:
To take part in the survey, it is necessary for you to send personal data. You cannot participate in the survey if you do not provide this data.
5. Anonymous evaluation
The survey responses are rendered anonymous and evaluated for the purposes described above. It is not possible to trace responses back to individual survey participants.
6. Your rights under data protection law:
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- Right of access (Article 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification and erasure (Articles 16 and 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)

- Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
